Be, you provides personalised everyday-wellness support: routine check-in reminders, progress tracking, product and replenishment reminders, and routine adjustments based on your feedback. It is general wellness guidance, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Free trial: a trial application is a request. Your 7-day trial starts only after our team contacts you and confirms it. No payment details are collected for a trial application.

Membership orders: submitting an order does not take a payment. Our team contacts you to complete payment, and your membership starts once payment is confirmed. Memberships run for the period you chose (1, 3 or 6 months) and do not renew automatically.

Support is provided by WhatsApp, phone and email during our hours (9 AM – 9 PM, every day). Response times outside these hours may be longer.

You agree to provide accurate information and use the service respectfully. Results depend on your own routine and are not guaranteed.
