What we collect: when you apply for a free trial or order a membership we collect your name, phone number, email, city, preferred language, preferred contact method, chosen membership (for orders) and your consent choices. If you complete the optional questionnaire we also collect your answers about routine goals, difficulties, products, budget and preferred check-in times. Contact-form messages are stored with the contact details you give.

Why we collect it: to respond to your application or order, arrange your onboarding call, provide reminders and check-ins you ask for, and keep a record of your consent.

Who can see it: only the Be, you owner can view submissions, through a private signed-in dashboard. Forms are saved through our website's server; visitors cannot read other people's submissions.

Service providers: our website, database and email delivery are hosted by our website platform provider. If WhatsApp is your chosen channel, messages are exchanged through WhatsApp. We do not sell your data.

Retention: we keep your details while you are an applicant or member and for as long as reasonably needed for records afterwards. You can ask us to view, correct or delete your data at any time.
