Cancellation & Refund Policy

Free trial applications involve no payment. You can withdraw your application or stop a trial at any time by contacting us.

Memberships: you can ask us to cancel at any time. Because nothing renews automatically, cancelling simply means your membership will not be continued.

Refund requests for a paid membership are reviewed case by case, considering how much of the service period and support has already been provided. We will confirm the outcome and any refund amount with you before processing it.
